Odyse

Terms of Use

Draft — not yet in force. Last revised 18 September 2026.

This is an unreviewed draft. It describes how the app actually behaves today, written from the source, but it has had no legal review. Every highlighted passage is a decision nobody has made yet.

Who you're agreeing with

Odyse is operated by Vonoverse — legal entity name, registered address and governing law to confirm. Using the app means accepting these terms.

Your account

You need an Apple account to sign in, and you're responsible for what happens under yours. One person, one account — don't share it. You can delete it from inside the app at any time.

What Odyse is, and what it isn't

Odyse is a planning tool. It suggests places, builds itineraries and estimates travel times, and it does that with the help of AI models that are sometimes wrong.

Check anything that would cost you a trip if it were wrong. Visa rules, entry requirements, vaccination requirements, opening hours, prices and whether a place still exists are all things to confirm at the source. Where Odyse shows a visa rule or a country tip it also shows where that came from and when it was last checked — use that. We don't accept liability for a plan that didn't survive contact with reality.

Bookings are not made here

Odyse doesn't sell flights, rooms or tickets. Where it links to a company that does, your booking is with them under their terms, and any change, refund or cancellation is theirs to handle. Where those links earn us a commission, that has to be disclosed here, and the disclosure has to match what the app shows at the point of the link.

Subscriptions, purchases and Oddies

Paid tiers are sold as App Store subscriptions and renew until you cancel. Cancel or change them in your Apple account settings, not here — we can't do it for you. Refunds are Apple's to give.

Oddies are the in-app balance that cloud AI runs on. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. A generation that runs is charged and the charge is kept — including when you don't like the result. If a request fails before any work is done, it isn't charged. Planning that runs on your own device costs nothing.

Whether an unused Oddies balance survives a subscription lapse, and what happens to it on account deletion, needs answering here — the app has no stated position today.

Trips you share

Opening a trip for sharing means handing a link to other people, and what they then see is what you've shared. Anyone you invite as an editor can change the trip. Invite links are unguessable but they are not secret — treat one like a key, and don't post it anywhere public.

What you write in a shared trip is yours; you give us permission to store it and show it to the people you've shared it with, and to nobody else.

Using it reasonably

Don't use Odyse to break the law, and don't try to:

We can suspend an account doing these things. Whether suspension comes with notice, and what the appeal route is, should be stated rather than left to us.

Interruptions

Features that need the internet will sometimes be unavailable. An active trip stays readable offline, which is the point of building it that way, but cloud planning, sync and sharing all depend on services we don't control.

Changes to these terms

We'll say so in the app when these change in a way that affects you, rather than only editing this page.

Governing law

Governing law and the venue for disputes follow from the entity above and are unresolved until it is.
